BSNL
Bsnl was good and one of the trusted telecom operator of inda year’s back because there was no more competition in this field. But as soon as time passed it became worst due to decrease in service quality and negligence of the company by it’s manager because they were not doing anything new. I am the customer of bsnl landline from 2000 and customer of sim from 2004.
We used to pay its landline Bill’s without any of its use because its used to be dead all the time. there were no active works in exchange office of bsnl who would listen to our complaints. People of our nearby home had disconnected it through rule but due to worker’s negligence they got Bill of Rs 20000 around after 6 months because their workers had not disclosed it, for which customers went to court to solve the issue. And we also disconnected our connection.
Last month we ported our bsnl sim also because it used to be out of network most of the time.
I request you not to use its services because I have suffered. now a day’s people have huge option in this field.
