Hi, friends, I am shared my real experience about the BSNL Telecom Factory it is a very bad environment to work in don’t go to work in this organization
salary and benefits - salary is very less with comparing to the other competitors.and the company not provided the benefits for the employees don’t go to work in this organization
job security - job security is very less for the employees and always follow the superior instructions
career growth - career growth is very less for the employees recommendation candidates only join for this company
work environment - work environment is also poor friends dont go for this joining this organization work environment is always worst no facilities provided to employees
ceo rating - ceo rating is also poor if you can manage the superior instructions you can join the company
verdict - friends, finally what I am saying is it is a worst company to work in this organization dont go for employment in this BSNL Telecom Factory
