I use bsnl winmax in my town sitamarhi.
I live shanti nagar .
In 1 month connection is fail at least 20 days.
Always server is down.
I take home plain 2 mbps.
Some time server is good .that time inernet is too fast.
Installation charge is so high.
Service is too bad.
Private company nextel internet provider is new in town .bsnl is soo bad.
