I had obtained Land-line connection for Internet last year, monthly bill 380. In the month of August they pleaded me to obtain FTTH bearing number 29566072 . I didn’t receive the bill of August.
Gave request for FTTH, this labourers installed wiring on September end whereas modem was installed on October 5th.
Placed request for cancellation of Land-line. Such a grave experience, OMG they made to loiter from 1st 2nd and 3rd floor, such a nasty filthy place. Moreover no bloody single staff directs correctly. All suger daddies and mummies wit glittering makeup but of no use only doing gossips.
For 1 month usage the bill levied is 4232, though so many times letter given that b-stard in 2nd floor who is in charge of ftth always won’t be in seat.
