I live in UP west and I have a bsnl wimax HOWI 750 plan by which I get 60kb/s means 512kbps the fair speed of the plan. but I have some major issue with it, so here they are.
1. Speed is max. Upto 70kb/s which is not enough. as most of the peoples get higher in this plan
2. Bsnl stated that they will convert all 512kbps plans and 1mbps users plan into 2mbps connection. but it didn’t do so.
3. In the noon time I get only 25 to 30 kb/s which is really disappointing.
4. They did not send bill to my address
5. During rain, it got worst.
6.most of the time the connectivity is always gone. I dont know why.
Kindly fix this as soon as possible
