After a long wait .. I finally bought a new thunderbird.. before deciding on buying TB I almost read 30 to 35 reviews in various websites and almost all reviews in mouthshut..
one thing I want to say about it is .. its not the proper way to read reviews and decide about thunderbird.. just testride it once and u need no review..
I bought my new red/silver Tb in dec and I already completed 1300kms .. and I just love riding it.. planning for a long drive soon..
Initially I was not happy about the thump and now that I have changed the silencer to retro... its awesome .. really awesome to ride my bullet...
I too found a minor leak initially but its just a matter of changing the gasket which costs u hardly 100 bucks..
The mileage is good ( I havent checked it ) and the power, road grip and riding grip are great.. ( please dont compare with pulsar , unicorn etc..--only kids compare a bullet with dolls)..
And i’m sure .. riding a bullet (TB) is a lifetime exp.. one should def get this.. and one more apprehension is that bullet is for people with 6ft and 90kg wt.. Noooo

so .. u just need guts and desire... u can enjoy life..
