DO NOT BUY

I recently bought a Thunderbird and suffering from various problems.. The quality of Thunderbird manufactured by Royal Enfield has reduced. Within 3 months the parts have started to rust by which the look is totally affected. Parts getting rusted within 3 months is something which I could not tolerate. The cost of the byke is 1 lakh.

Electric connections are poor - I face problems in electric starts, lights in the speedometer & rear lamps. It works at times, but not at most times.Changing the gears is very difficult when you are in traffic. This byke is not suitable to be used inside city and the comfort level is very low.

Mileage is less than 30 km/l. I am totally disappointed by the service too. The people in the service station look at the customers with hatred as we are giving them work. Not much improvement even after the service.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND this two wheeler. Waste of hard earned 1 lakh.
