Please do not go for this brand. Customer service is pathetic. They are such cheats. I am the last person to be talking such aggressively about any brand, but the exasperating experience i have had with this brand in the last couple of weeks, is forcing me to rant out here. So basically, they will take ages to deliver the product and if u ask them the tentative delivery date, they will say, they don’t know. C’mon!!! And even after that, if u ask for cancellation, without the product even being dispatched, they refuse to do so. They are like, take credit note, we wont refund amount on prepaid orders. What the actual F#. Really? While asking for new customers, so many luring offers, and when it comes to actual experience, such a huge disssapointment.
In summary, if you are planning to order for some event/ occasion order it 6 months in advance, so that Maybe.. just Maybe, they might deliver it one day before..
