BUNTY BUBLI
Saw this movie almost after a month but nowadays all watch it within 15 days of release. Hmm..to think about it ...what is the rush to see a movie and why people dont like to see after they get reviews from others. I used to do the same thing earlier like watching it ASAP but the day I saw Kushi (Remember Kareena Kapoor & Fardeen Khan starrer - Fiasco Movie made by Boney Kapoor) swore to see movie only after getting minimum 5 reviews from close friends :-) ....and now here in MS I get to read so many reviews that I don’t see flop movies in theatres.
What I liked about this movie is The Simplicity. Please do not tax your brains with questions like ’’ why- how -when- where?’’ during the movie.... It is a pure fictional Movie ...like a typical David Dhawan -Govinda Movie. The story is very simple.
Bunty and Bubli have left their small hometowns and come to Big Cities to make Money & Fame ...but eventually they feel that their dreams wont get fulfilled as they don’t have financial support to get the stone rolling. To stay in cities they find an easy way to make money by just duping people.... It comes to a level where the whole country has heard about them and police is after them. In the end when the police catches B&B...they ask for forgivance and a chance to start a new life in a good way... which they get !!! Imagine if the police in today’s world gives a fair chance to any criminal like this...to phir kya kehna ..this fictional story would become a true story ....
Abhishek Bachchan has performed very well. He has suddenly revamped himself. ’’Dhoom’’ gave him a new look and since then he has never looked back and he has enacted different characters in this movie. He got a good chance to show his acting talent. First guy to do an item number ’’ One Love ’’. In B&B he convinces a Foreigner to buy Taj Mahal as it is on sale.
Rani played a bubly girl - full of energy...and her name is also bubli in the movie. She as usual has done justice to the role played in the movie. Expectation from her after “BLACK” is very high and she has not let her fans down.
Amitabh is as usual excellent in playing an ANGRY OLD MAN (POLICE) in the movie.
Last but not th least ....guys do not miss the song ’’Kajara re’’ where all three Amitabh, Abhishek and Aishwarya (a special appearance) make u tap your feet and also sing along. This song makes everyone feel (or wish) to get up from their seat and dance. Abhishek is very energetic in the song he does the part where Amitabh cannot do ....their jodi is just unbelievable.
So MS bhaibandhus watch this movie only if you are in a good mood.
