I am disappointed with this item. It is 2 inches larger in diameter than my old Butterfly Elite Hi-dome 3L pressure cooker and not so deep.
I can’t see the point of the curve. Also takes up more room in cupboard when not in use. I had hoped that I would be able to use the basket from my old pressure cooker but it does not fit. I sometimes cook two vegetables at the same time so need a basket with divider.
Won’t be using as much water as instructions advise, 4 cups, my potatoes would drown. Having said all that I can’t be bothered to send it back, cost of postage far too much and my old pressure cooker has had it. Am now on the lookout for basket with divider.
