My parents home and my sister ’s home both are purchased butterfly mixer grinder. My parents purchased in the year 2000. and my sister in 2006. Both the models has a same work history. My sister’s mixer damaged with in two months. Their servicing is ok. but the sharpness of blade is very low rating. Compare to other mixer- grinders Butterfly’s is very bad rating. Is chutney jar lid opening is not very comfortable. Both the models (old and new) are same in their usage. No easiness,
All in one word It has a very bad working history, no durability. they lost their money.
I will not recommend anybody to buy this product.
Those who plan to buy a mixer pls compare the product to its different brands recommended.
The new model has a blender jar with juice filter. To extract juice its good.
Product raring is poor comparing with other mixer grinder’s.
