I am using this grinder from last few months and this has disappointed me very much . after buying this grinder I have got this repaired for several times. it spends less time in kitchen and more on mechanics shop . I use to get it repaired from private mechanics as company’s service and support is very much poor I have visited them so many time for repair but they refused to help me out so service is very poor. this grinder is made of very low quality plastic which can break easily. I do not consider it as user friendly as it is not a durable product for long term use. it is very much expensive as per quality of grinder . even it is not so handy as it is heavy in weight as well so it can easily fell down if not handle with care but style & design of this grinder is quite ok it do not cover much space of kitchen but it has very poor quality. even the buttons of grinder do not work properly overall I am not happy with this grinder and I will not recommend it to anyone.
