To be honest, haven’t seen any pathetic customer care like snapdeal. Every customer care executive thinks that he/she is smart-ass. They were over confident and least bothered to listen what customer has to say. Firstly they swapped the pictures of 2 products and even after third replacement they did the same mistake.
When I went to product page, I found out that same mistake has been done with another customer(you can have a look at proof here https://snapdeal.com/product/butterfly-jonyer-h-ii-table/1287361508, someone has already posted the same issue).
I am still waiting to get correct TT bat to arrive .big no from me to snapdeal(again.probably posting negative review 3rd or 4th time for them).
