I had made payment for a Casio watch in Feb-2013 but till now I have not received my watch. The costumer care is not responding. Its phone no is either switched off or busy always. 7 days after payment the status was ‘Shipped’, but its cheating. They did not send it. The tracking no of Fedex Priority Shipment service given was false. I contacted Fedex Priority Shipment but they told it’s a wrong number, as their numbering format is not like that. Many many times I have emailed, phone called, write to costumer care but no reply. So be very careful for this site. I have wasted my Rs 6000 & its already 3 months past, so I don’t think they will send my item.
