I ordered a Cannon SX510 camera on 17/04/2014, paid full amount Rs 15, 000/- by net banking. Later I read all the adverse reviews about this portal. But I got the item without any problem on 24/04/2014. Only problem is they don’t update their delivery history or send SMS alerts which may cause a little bit concern after reading this feedback.
I even changed the camera model on 21/04/2014. Accordingly they sent me the item and mailed me new invoice also. They didn’t say about any free items in the site, but along with the item they sent me 4gb memory card and camera case also.
On other sites they are advertising that they are giving these two items free along with the product. So overall in my opinion, if they improve their customer information system, this site is OK.
