I bought Casio EF-550RBSP-1AV Edifice Series Gents Wrist Watch - Imported product on 22/12/2014, as I haven’t like the product I raised return request on December 23. Today is 21st days over. Nobody from Buyatbrand side came for a pick-up. I am trying to call customer care, it never connect. This is the worst online market I have experienced.
Friends, Please see the return policy of Buyatbrands. They have best cheating plans. If you don’t like the product, they won’t give your money back, only exchange is possible with these guys. Other market place like Flipkart, Amazone, Myntra, zovi etc., . all have very good exchange policy. So think twice before buying anything from Buyatbrands as you have lot of customer friendly online shops are available or else buy from physical shops. Don’t be a sufferer like me.
