I bought a casio watch(550PB) last week.
When I received the watch I noticed that the top and bottom straps were reversed(interchanged).
Today I went to the service center(Okhla) to get it fixed. They examined the watch and told me that the watch is fake. I was shocked and couldn’t believe it. Then I asked them to certify the fake-ness in written. They readily gave it to me in writing on their letterhead and stamped.
I’m contemplating the next course of action(suggestions welcome). Meanwhile, anybody planning to use that fraud site should not do so unless they actually want to buy fake products at exorbitant rates.
