Old Is Not Always Gold

Many people regret after buying a second hand car, because they find defects afterwards .You should be very careful while taking the decision .

Match the chassis number and engine number to the registration papers . Read the Insurance papers carefully to find out claims, in this ways you will be able find out if the vehicle has had any accidents . Also check that there is not any kind of loan on the vehicle.

Check the year of manufacturing, if the vehicle is too old then avoid buying it . If the vehicle is old but is maintained as good as new then you can think of buying it . If the vehicle looks too new, then it may have been repainted .

Take a test drive, check the brakes and check for any unwanted noises . Try to have the engine checked from your known mechanic . Also check if the odometer reading is true or it has been tampered . Carefully check the condition of tires, they tell a lot about the vehicle . Also check that all the tires on the vehicle are identical or not.

Get all the documents changed in your name after buying the vehicle
