Change is good for Health

In India we can not make or imagine food cook without oil/Ghee.When you buy oil then please keep some point on your Mind.


1.Brought fresh oil and not old cause old oil getting  particular smell if we make food in that oil you cant eat properly.


2.Always change the oil.eg.like if you like groundnut oil than chage the brand of oil like used dhara, ginni.


3.used sunflower oil, rice brand oil  if you continue used one oil that its effect on your heart directly.


4.If you have acidity then do not used groundnut oil.


5.Used pure cow ghee rather then dalda.It make a proper taste.


Eg.Patangali ghee, Amul ghee, Best home made pure ghee.


6.Used Oil.But keep rotate the oil its good for your health as well as hurt also.(Its suggested by Dr.to me so I share with you)


7.Never used palm oil for cooking food.


8.Only used branded oil for cooking, Like Gemini, Dhara, Ginni, Sandrop, Patanjali oil etc.


its all need for our health and fitness.
