They list products even if they do not have the stock. They make u wait for 10 days and u cannot contact the customer care cause its always busy.

I had to cancel the order after 8-10 days after calling them continuously for 2 hrs. They said they didnt have the stock of the product that I ordered, yet it was listed on their website.
There was no updated on the order status nor was there any mail intimation. Total Waste of time. Horrible.
I am adding the following part to my review as few days after writing the first part of the review, I got a call from buytheprice.com.they were trying to apologise for the inconvinience and were like "we’ve seen ur review on mouthshut.com, we are sorry that it happened with your delivery. please mention sumthin nice about our site in ur review. and then they told me sum crap stry abt how my order got missed out due to sum technical upgrade." I mean after getting me to wait for 10 days.after taking my money AND they never bothered to respond earlier when I tried to know my order status.now they expect me to write sumthin nice cause they said sorry.GAAAWWDDDD! But for 1.i got my money back.may b I was lucky.or may b they are genuine. lemme know wen u guyz giv it a try.;)
