I have purchased some items from bwitch.com with the order 100004235 ( 20th Feb 2015) . My order was cancelled on the pretext that the ordered products are out-of-stock. Instead of refunding the amount Rs 1568, Bwitch team have issued me a non-working coupon BWCN1568GCP, which I failed to redeem anyway. After multiple follow ups from my side, Bwitch team still failed to resolve my issue of non-working coupon. Bwitch team have asked me to share the products which I want to purchase, which I shared eventually, but still they haven’t placed the order and I didn’t receive any follow up.
