I had booked byjus product class 4-12 of cost 121000/-. It was told that product can be cancelled within 15 days of booking. I asked to cancel the product within 2 days of booking, but they are not cancelling. Inspite byjus sent me message indicating product is being delivered even after requesting for cancellation and without validating with otp for confirming the delivery of product. They just wants to loot money.
