Somehow the Byjus counselor convinced me without leaving my house till 11:30 pm to take Byjus.
Without any other option left at 11:30 pm I took Byjus thinking like it helps my kid to educate herself.
But then after using for 20 day, the problem started. Tab stopped working. I informed Mentor about it and she suggested for a replacement but then since I was going out of town for 20 days, she suggested to raise a request after coming back and I did the samee.
I received the replacement but it was not working at all.
I called up customer care and then they raised another request for replacement. From that time after struggling for 2.5 months in daily calls with team I got the working tab replaced. But then stil strugggling with getting mentor support and whiz pens from past 5-6 months and in each and every call they are telling "Just give me this last one chance and I will make this happen" but nothing happens.
No actions taken from Byjus side.
Its completely mental stress after buying it with 80000 to 90000.
