BYJU’S FRAUD COMPANY - CHEATED WITH RS. 90000/-
They sent a counselor to my home Made false impression that they will select my kid for scholarship and she insisted to make payment on the spot.As I refused for payment so she made EMI loan on ATM card giving false statements.
Made false promise that if we don’t like the product within the 15 days will refund immediately. No payment will deducted from your account but I am receiving daily calls and msgs from the Hdfc bank to pay your Emi. It’s effecting my CIBIL .
No actions taken from Byjus side even we returned there’s product to Bengaluru immediately by air. Regular mails and phonic conversations . That councillor even not responding either confirm the laon first or do whatever you want no body will be going to help you out . And now saying I don’t know now.
Mentally physically harassment.
Making fool also that your pan card and adhar card details are there it’s government process taking time to cancel the whole.
I cancelled the order after 1 day.
NO ACTION AFTER RAISING CLOSURE REQUEST More than one and half month.
