My son wasn’t having fun at all. He was crying during the lessons. So I stopped his classes.
They kept trying to give us new teachers but every teacher was hard to understand and my son always felt unhappy and frustrated. He now hates coding. Thanks Byju’s.
Byju’s say they will refund you any of your unused credits if you cancel.
They also have a reward program where you get a free Amazon gift card up to $400 if you refer a friend, and the friend joins.
I referred a friend who joined. Got my gift card.
Now that I want to cancel, they are deducting the value of the gift card from my unused credit.
Absolute bullshit.
They’re quick to take your money- and lots of it.
Not so keen on giving it back.
