I had taken upsc course from byjus and their sales person told me you can after 15 days cancel whatever reason. I Called Customer Care 50 Times About Cancellation but he talk so rude.. I have mailed many times but did not get any satisfactory reply...I am taking follow-up since last one month but no one is ready to talk properly.And I had deposited 5000 advance, even that is not giving any refund. And even after I cancellation, EMI is deducting frommy account. I will not recommend anyone to take this product...You are requested to accept my cancellation and Close EMI from account ?????? Worst experience every side
