This is to inform everyone that my daughter Ahana kaiser with registered mobile number is 9810296522 has taken the subscription of class 4 but within a few days we struggle so many issues including lack of communication between teacher and student, poll question not visualized, network problem so that we decided to cancelled the subscription for that I have been calling byjus customer care number and send email on cancellations@byjus.com so many time since last one month but it is very disappointed that no any action taken by byjus company instead of harrasing me
