I purchased’byjus’ learning app kit on 9/1/19 with the condition that the kit can be returned back, if required, if the request for cancellation is made within 15 days . Fortunately, I made cancellation request on 16/1/19(i.e. within 7 days) but for more than last 2 months’byjus’ was making me fool assuring that I will get 100% return of my money paid. But on 26/3/19’byjus’ executive told that my request is not accepted, I said ok, send this reply on mail, the executive literally refused to send such reply on mail.
Credibility and genuineness of’bujus’can be easily understood.
