We made the mistake of purchasing the premium app, where they promise a 2 tutor advantage. Byjus will just take your money and no classes will be scheduled for the child. I have been following up for months. Customer service representatives are very polite, but they will not solve the issue. And no classes will be scheduled even after following up for months.
Concepts & the teaching part may be fine. But the back end technical team is pathetic.
Definitely not recommended. Stay away from Byjus trap.
