I bought this app for trial, for 15 days.as I was in a situation to go for hostel the next year, we climbed for cancelation on the 15th date, they said we are late and the money could not be refunded.and after many request they said that, we will refund the money, but still we did not get back the money, this happend 2 years back, we called them many times, they have worn customer service, all the time they will say that, "we will call you after verification with refund department ", but they never call.
