The moment you register your phone number with the free app they start calling you day and night. Will literally pester you to meet one time and then once they meet you they will keep calling you again to take the package.
Before subscribing got BYJUS we made it very clear that our children are in IGCSE board while the app caters for CBSE and ICSE board. They reassured and promised us for mapping the curriculum according to the IGCSE board.
Nothing was done. Then when we chased it up they asked us to send photos of index of the respective books which we did. Again no further work done on it. Further chasing them for worksheets they finally conceded that they cannot map the curriculum and we will have to use CBSE worksheets. We still asked them to provide us with those and nothing came through.
Absolute pathetic and appalling service. They are only interested in looting people of hard earn money of the parents as in India parents will spend any amount for their children’s education.
in the meanwhile they continued to deduct money from the bank account. I tried and contacted the team and for last 4 days the customer service rep will say that cancellation team will contact you and as not surprisingly nothing happens. They are bunch of cheaters and liars. I do not know how Shahrukh Khan and Disney have collaborated with this fraud company. The owner seems to be basking in glory of getting funds and giving interviews in BBC. Please please do not fall for this fraud App. It’s not useful at all and once you subscribe than you are stuck in sinking sand. All the positive reviews seems to be paid reviews as they have lots of money for such things.
