*it would be fair to say that while ekta kapoors earlier comedy kya kool hain hum managed to bring the house down with its vulgar but extremely funny content then her latest product c kompany manages to bring few smiles here and there and as a whole is a tolerable comedy though nothing extraordinary.
Nor it is in league of kya kool hain hum if you takes its laugh evoking ability into consideration so I would say that film has average script, screenplay, good acting , weak direction and forced songs which hardly are hummable and kill the flow of the film so I would say it is average film but still highly watchable or you may call it a watered down version of munnabhai series
Story
The film is the story of three losers first being a crime reporter akshay(tushar) who has fallen in love with the ganster sister(raima) and hence needs money to escape to dubai with priya so that he can escape dons wrath while there is joshi kaka(anupam kher) who is harassed by his son and now wants to recover his investment and there is lambodar(rajpal) who works as an entertainer in a mall and is hence constantly humiliated by his wife for his lowly job.
So all three who are friends decide to earn money by threatening joshi son purshottam but as luck would have it the cd they had prepared to scare purshottam is leaked to press and they become the newest gang who now gain popularity by solving peoples problem but this is not liked by serial crazy don dattu bhai(mithun) who nows wants to kill them to regain his hold over mumbai as crime don and then film meanders to its predictable end in a highly entertaining climax
