I booked a Classic 350cc on 25/12/15, they said that I would receive booking confirmation e-mail within the next 24 hours(I never received till date 25/4/2016) and a hard copy in 2 days I visited them on 28 Dec, they said that they have some issues with the mail box so, they could provide me a hard copy.
however, I received booking confirmation(hard copy on 31/12/2015) after escalating the issue and waiting for an hour.
I was suppose to get the bike delivered within 90days ie on or before 25 mar, 2016, I visited CVS on 18th march as I did not receive any communication to make any payment they said that I would receive a call within 2-3 days to make the payment which I did not receive even after a week later I visited them on 25th march and they said that they would get back to me and they never got back to me and I call the concern person regarding this he said that he is travelling and asked me to text my contact details and booking ref no and he would contact me once he gets back to cvs motors but he never called me.
later, I visited within two days and they asked me to make payment and I made a cash payment an they said that I they would deliver my bike latest by 23rd April I was eagerly waiting for 23rd and I wanted to know the delivery timings so, I took off on 22nd and checked CVS motors.
The at the desk said that black color classic was never billed and it will billed later today to tomorrow and they would deliver the bike on Wednesday 27th April and he provided his contact info for further assistance and I called that guy on 23rd he did not respond, 24th phone switched off . today he responded to my call and says that the black color classic is under production and he said that he is not sure when would I get my bike.
Conclusion:
it is already been more than 4 months since I booked RE classic 350( more than 20 days from cash payment) guys in CVS motors HRBR Layout have no courtesy and do even welcome customers, they do not communicate moreover one or two person understands English and what more can I say about customer service with the staff that does not understand English or provide a proper communication even in Kannada(regional language)
I am running all the filthy languages in my mind and I am stopping myself for the love of bike RE Classic 350(black)
Guys at Royal Enfield it is high time to act now, think if you still wanna continue the relationship / dealer ship with CVS motors.
I would never ever recommend anybody(even my enemy) to CVS motors.
