I booked cab from Ankleshwar to Thane at 7 pm for cab arrival time at 8 pm. 1500 was taken as booking amount. I was contacted by agency who sent a driver at 7:30 pm. To my surprise another person was sitting in the cab with drop location to Mumbai airport. When we denied boarding the cab the agency and driver started negotiating with us because cab was going alone. Upon raising this to cab bazaar customer support they said we need to wait for another 1 hour to get other cab because we said no for the first service provided to us. Upon asking for refund they said that will be adjusted to cancellation amount or will be credited as cashback which needs to be used within one month. We were left with no other option to wait for another hour stranded on road with senior citizen and a kid. The first cab agency person kept calling me that why I complained to cab bazaar and I should inform them again so they wont block him.
Worst service and management. Dont ever book through this app.
