Horrible experience, Pathetic service

Cabbazar is not trustable service provider. They provide a third class car(Car RC No.-DL1ZC2807) ands third class service. Recently(June 2025) I had a trip near Delhi. I was provided a car with absolutely no safety feature in car.


My trip experience is shared below in brief:


1) I was provided with a very old car, which had already run more than 7 lacs km(although in meter reading, it was showing 4.5 lacs km, which is also considered very high).


2) Car had no basic safety features. There was not a single air bag in the car. Power window at the co-passenger side was not working at all.


3) The car’s AC was not working properly. Several times, the driver had to put some water on after opening the bonnet.


4) The car door seating rubber was not proper.


5) The car driver filled the CNG many times, not less than 15 times. At every CNG filling, me & my family including my 2 yr & 9 yr kids had to move out of the car(I know it is required for CNG, but 15 times is very high for small trip of total KM run of~1000KM), . At one time he filled petrol with just Rs 300 when CNG was not available.


6) Driver charged me Rs 2000 for car cleaning, giving the reason that my 2 yr old baby vomited in the car. It was just insignificant vomit and he charged Rs 2000. He told that if vomit again then again 2000.


7) Car was broken down(wheel, bearing, misalignment, noise issue) during the trip and I had to pay Rs 7000 as driver had no money. Driver told either pay or stay here.


Cabbazar estimated figure was~Rs 11000 but finally Cabbazar charged over Rs 25000. I have screenshot of all my payment which can be shared if required. A pathetic customer service, Never think about booking cabbazar even in dream. Beware.!
