Unsafe Travel, Overcharging & Rude Support Worst

I had booked an Innova/Ertiga from CabBazar(CB Growth Pvt. Ltd.) on 22.06.2025 from IGI Airport T1 to Ghaziabad with paid add-on for assured luggage carrier(₹;158). Shockingly, the driver refused to place luggage on the carrier, saying it can’t hold weight and instead folded the back seat to stuff luggage inside, forcing a passenger to sit unsafely with luggage toppling on brakes.


To make it worse, the driver demanded an extra ₹;450(₹;250 parking+ ₹;200 for a second drop just 500m away) no invoice, no prior info. I paid under pressure. The total I paid was ₹;2064, but they issued an invoice only for ₹;1613.85.


When I complained, I was contacted by Ms. Kajal Chaudhary, Relationship Manager, whose tone was rude and biased. She dismissed my concern and gave me a ₹;200 voucher in return for the ₹;158 paid as if that was a favor! When I raised the issue of overcharging, she bluntly said:


Hum aapko iska invoice nahi de sakte. Yehi kar sakte hain hum aapke experience ke liye.


Then she hung up.


Finally, they closed the ticket without resolving anything.


Avoid CabBazar at all costs if you expect:

Respectful customer service


Accountability


Ill be reporting this to consumer forums as well. Very disappointed.
