First of all, they hide reviews on Google. They hid my review as well, so I am writing here.

Also, I had posted this review on their whatsup number and as of this moment, I haven’t received any reply.
I have decided go stop my autism diagnosis at your hospital because I realised that the psychologist that was assigned to me is not having proper knowledge for the same and is not professional. (Dr Akansha Bhor)
1) She doesn’t have any up to date knowledge about autism diagnosis and how it presents in a different manner in women.
2) She is asking me questions which are stereotypical, and are mostly used to diagnose kids. This makes it irrelevant to diagnose it in adults.
3) She doesn’t even know the common terms which are used in the autism community. For example, the word "stimming" which is used to refer to repeated behavior patterns. This word is something that everyone in the autism community knows.
4) She doesn’t use all the time which as assigned. She stopped one of my session when 15 minutes were left. She has no value for people’s money.
Honestly, I feel like they are just here to charge money. She was trying to tell me how I should come for therapy once very 2 weeks, which means that I should pay her atleast Rs3000 per month for no reason. I don’t need therapy from a person who is not qualified and is not up to date. Nowadays, even random people on the Internet do better as therapists than this kind of psychologists. I know that there are good psychologists but the one who was assigned to me was not a good one. I don’t know how she is in her personal life, But in the professional life, she is lacking.
5) She tells with full confidence that I am not autistic which is a red flag as many autistic people are not diagnosed many times in their first sessions because they again, don’t get proper psychologists.
6) She tells me that she is diagnosing me from the Indian standards. Okay then, are all people who diagnose from other standards dumb or what? And is it not her responsibility to keep herself updated about it?
7) Honestly, I feel like I just lost around Rs 6000. But I’ll consider it as if I gave them to charity.
8) She tried to tell my parents that people are looking at Autism as a trend. But she is not even aware that it’s because more people are getting diagnosed especially women as more research was made on Autism. But how will she know?, She is not herself updated. And even this trend is not true. You can search it simply and see people telling why this statement is false. But she doesn’t have time for it.
9) She has no test on her own. She asked me to give Raads Test. And she didn’t even try to understand me. In just 2 sessions, she was saying that I don’t have Autism. When in reality, you need atleast 5-6 hrs of active talks between the psychologist and the person. Also the 2 sessions, I didn’t even see anything worth noticing. She wasted my first hour in asking me to fill a form and she was just reading the list. And when she did she was like, I’ll get to you in a week and then she is like you are not autistic butits a personality thing. O, so it means all my hundreds of hours spend on researching is me trying to fool myself or what? Again, that much hours is not sufficient to diagnose, you can ask any known psychologist who is known for Autism diagnosis especially.
I’ll advise people who are looking for treatment here to first do your research and then consider taking treatment.
I can’t talk about other doctors who worked here since I am not qualified to do so. I am not attacking her personally but just stating the things which are obvious. And as a responsible Indian citizen, it’s my right to do so. As for me, I have found another psychologist who is actually updated about such things and regardless of my result, will do proper diagnosis for me.
