Today is the era of change but change in taste cant be tolerated .As I am the permanent user of cadbury dairy milk chocolate so I have expected a lot from flavor of dairy milk bubbly. Only name is attractive.taste is not as good as compare to its earlier product.
As we look for money again bubbly(50g cost 75rs) has broken my heart, as it is costlier than the dairy milk silk(60g cost 65). even we go for quantity point of view bubbly is far away from its value.
Product packing is attractive, But only packing can win the race.Product has to also full fill the customer desire.day by day the cost of dairy milk is increased.company is started to think himself alone in the market thats why they dont face any competition.Instead of improving the quality they focus on price.
Over all as far as quality satisfaction is concern no improvement is found which has to admire.
