Cadbury is a very big brand and I personally love it . Its worth all the money spending on it. taste absolutely delicious .
if I don’t agree with this then am not really a chocolate lover.
the thing is one day I got 10 packs of 5 rs dairy milk packets and opened it up to see it was all disappointing . The chocolate was dry and flaky, tasted like mud, even though it wast expired. Major appointment was 7 out of 10 was in the same condition. shame for a brand like this and I even wrote to cad-buries regarding the issue but nobody replied back.
I felt bad, because it is a thing that we eat and it should be worthy for it. What if these chocolates are given to a kid,
they never consider that fact that its flaky, dry and usual, its all chocolate for them.
so my humble request to the producers are to check at least one among the batch before selling this to the public. And please improve your customer service.
P.S this happened thrice for me. I reacted the third time and nobody from the authority responded .
