In a city where there are hardly any places with authentic Itallian food, Cafe Churchill located at Colaba Causeway is a godsend. This tiny restaurant is always crowded, with people standing outside waiting to get a table. Churchill has yummy lasagne and pastas, excellent burgers and sandwiches and a variety of chicken and lamb preparations to choose from. It doesn’t matter if you’re a vegetarian or non-vegetarian, you’re bound to find something you can devour. They have a range of soft drinks to choose from and enough can’t be said about their innovative deserts. You’ll find the most delicious pastries, souffles and cheese cakes here, just the thought of which make my mouth water. The interiors, however, are pretty cramped, and the less said about the service the better, because in all honesty is sucks. And although the place is doing great business from the looks of it, it’s high time the owner read up on CRM. But this is one place you should definitely go to just for the food!
