Cafe Coffee Day Carter Road bandra in my opinion has to be one of the best location cafes of Mumbai city. It is located at the most happening carter road and facing the beautiful sea!
I visited here a few days ago and I was alone this time however I had one of the best evenings off late! I actually enjoyed a perfect cup of my favourite coffee looking at the sea with the evening light fading away as the sun set in front of me, the breeze was so soothing!
This CCD has maximum of open air seating and just a few tables inside the AC section where you go to place your order. I always prefer sitting outside in the open air. They have maintained the shop really well. It is clean and well organised. The tables chairs are laid out in such a away that you wont have difficulty moving around.
They have a nice staff as well, they take your orders with a smile and are very efficient.
My top picks to have here have to be the classic Cappuccino or Devil’s Own or even green tea some times. I would give a special mention to the Ras Malai Smoothie which is a hot seller. It is amust try if you havent already.
The pricing is standard like all other CCDs. Which I believe is okay for some products and costly for some. Like I would never ever have the over priced cup cake or bottled water or the veg samosa here! There are better places to buy these things at much better prices! really this place is for Coffees!
I would surely recommend this CCD to everyone in Mumbai, and suggest them to go in the evening time after 5 pm when the Sun isnt that harsh.
YOu can go with your gang of friends or even alone like I did the last time, if you are not in to sunsets, then you have enough interesting crowds to check out or you might even bump in to some celebrity! Its carter Road after all. Check out the actual photo of this CCD iv attached.
