Cafe Coffee Day we everybody are aware of this brand. As we all know that this is the best coffee shop you can have a good deal.
My best coffee shop is also this Cafe Coffee day. But I am writing this review to draw the attention of the management of the aforesaid brand. It is very easy to spoil one brand name as on the other hand it is very hard to make that name. I know Cafe Coffee Day has a big brand value through out the country.
But some of it’s franchise is not doing up the minimum standard level to maintain it’s Brand value. It is very painful to say that Cafe Coffee Day, in front Nicco Park, near Salt Lake branch is showing such kind of irritating behavior that can easily spoil it’s Brand name. On 09 Feb 2017, around 1710 hrs I went Cafe Coffee Day, Nicco Park, near Salt Lake, Kolkata. I payed through Paytm. My wallet transaction Id was 6529020662 via mobile number 9158565414 at 1743 hrs. for your further correspondence. I ordered items at around 1725 hrs. Only one delivery boy was there and I asked him if anyone is there. He replied "Please wait for some time", as no one is there. The shop was full of mosquitoes and he became busy of killing mosquitoes with the help of electric racket. After 15 minutes I asked him to place order and if it would take more time then please tell me, I will leave. The shop was empty except three men other than us. It was very irritating that I was waiting and seeing the delivery boy was busy of killing mosquitoes. He finally delivered my order after another 30 minutes.
The shop entrance was not closed properly due to some technical faults. Due to this AC was affected and all mosquitoes were coming inside. It was a feeling like I am sitting inside a Highway side Dhaba.
One small round table where I sat down inside the shop was also defective as it was tilting. Clean ship in the shop was not up to the standard also.
After all the taste and aroma of my order were as per the Cafe Coffee day standard. It was all OK. In my opinion this was not the fault of the Delivery boy, it was the fault of the Owner of the Franchise. He is earning a handsome with the name of Cafe Coffee Day Brand, and providing a pathetic services. These type of service could easily spoil the Brand name of Cafe Coffee Day. If Cafe Coffee Day management could view this review please investigate the mater to safe your Brand name to become deteriorated.
I always preferred Cafe coffee Day since I was 15. The taste, flavor, aroma, which all I could enjoyed in Cafe Coffee Day I can;t get it from any other coffee shop at this reasonable rate.
Please look into the mater to save the Brand.
