Coffee day has its good points and its bad but the bad usually outweighs the good and this branch in general is dissapointing from the dirty tables and staff not friendly and service takes long. I went recently and firstly its a bit expensive for the product delivered and the prices is usually 30rs+ the mentioned price for taxes, if I could suggest them to write the inclusive price, and after ordering a drink change wasn’t given upon asking as well they said it would be delivered with my drink but it wasn’t as well, after half an hour of waiting I went up to the counter and asked again they said they forgot and gave it back, the manager was friendly enough to respond and apologize for the event. Coffee day has a good name, I hope the MG road branch improves their service and maintain the quality the other branches keep.
