I recently visited CCD Besant Nagar, Chennai and was surprised to see such low quality food is sold at CCD nowadays. The ice cream we ordered was stale n the cake was hardly in shape.
Overall a poor experience. Once it used to be one of the best places to go to, but now its getting highly unhygienic. Floor was dirty up with spilled coffee, bits of paper napkin etc.
A very bad odour was lingering in the air, which they tried to cover by increasing the A/c. N its not the first time for past many visits I can see poor performance at various CCDS so thought of writing now. The management is definitely not able to keep it up to the mark.
