I purchased their Cafe moments card and loaded it with Rs 2500.It was honored a couple of times. Now I have about Rs 2200 balance and they have stopped accepting it at various outlets.
When I tried to contact them on their site, they are not giving any email ID for that .Instead they produce a form, which I filled and wrote down my complaint.There was a minor hitch, ’send’ button is a dummy.
So I have to either forget my 2200 Rs. or complain to police.
Most of western outfit commonly indulge in frauds.Amount involved are small so no one pursues it for long.
