So whats so great about this place? Most 5-star hotels have decent buffet spreads.... u say....?
Cafe Mozaic is quite simply the best. They have a good range of culinary delights for those of us who look for ’designer elements’ in food ... the same mundane stuff cooked in newer ways everytime. Personally, I could never imagine simple veggies cooked in so many different ways (and so tasty too).
On the other hand, for people (like my grand parents - who wouldn’t dare taste anything that has not been tried and tested - a million times) they have the regular fare too... presented differently everytime.
Their salad spread is so fresh and gorgeous. Its a feast to the eyes and the mouth and the stomach...
Desserts... what can one say... indian delicacies, mid eastern delicacies, assorted pastries & puddings with yummier names, new ice cream flavours... you name it, there it is.
They have counters for ’chat’, south-indian delicacies, tandoori, awadhi, continental, (ubiquitous) chinese, middle eastern, fas eastern... and what not;
i guess much more offerings in the non-veg section too (i cannot suggest anything here bcos I am a strict veggie)
i have been there quite a many times (& quite regularly too)... and am yet to find a repitition in their offering. its always refreshingly new everytime.
.......... and the price.. not too much considering what they have to offer; great taste; great value;
one more thing: if you are the type who hates the disdainful/snobbish attitude of 5-star hotel waiters/staff .... you’ll find this place different on that count too; Very polite and genuinely smiling waiters/attendants... and most of all... THEY DONT MIND KIDS!!!
