WE live in a world of despair, sadness and utter desolation. Where ever you look, u find people in pain, people who have lost their families, people who do not have an inkling to what the future holds. THe world is a dreadful place for them to inhibit and they cannot experience the tiny joys of being alive which we take for granted, in our every day life.
Maybe a hundred years ago, it ws not such a sad, bad world we lived in. Many still believed in GOd....
Many were men of integrity and many were a women of honor. One could trust a man by the word he spoke and you could expecta woman to lower her gaze in the presence of unknown strangers. There was modesty that existed in people irrespective of their culture, religion and creed.
With the advance of human technology, we sold our souls at a low bargain. FOr the price of a few comforts in life.
Not only did we lose mother nature, we lost our very innocence.’Innocence’, what a precious word it has become!
We have lost the lush green pastures, the clean, crisp air, the starry starry nights, the flowers taht scented the pathways, the woods that comfort the wild.We have indeed lost so much......
Instead for the greed of power and with a fire that burns fiercly in the hearts of men, to avenge the wrongs done to them, they go ahead kill innocent, tender babies, murder old men and women, render the poor and the meek homeless , throw bombs in public places , burn mosques and temples , destroy monuments and buildings.
What has happened to the advanced and civilized human race ?? have we progressed in the real sense of the word?? Or have we regressed?
Have we lost our values, our teachings and our moral sense of right and wrong?? This is the question which ever indivisual must ask himself on the events of 11th September.
