Firstly there is no proper looking app like what HDFC and Axis bank has and secondly the ATM machines don’t detect the card after swiping 167 times and u finally end withdrawing ominous other banks.
And the website and the UI really sucks the website looks like we are in still 90s and yet to witness the dotcom change. Please take my review seriously as personally I’m a canara bank customer and it sucks to be one
The customer service is really horrible it takes atleast 39 min to even talk to one of the agents
