When I joined my first job so far I opened my salary account with canara bank. On that day I received my passbook, atm card & atm pin also but ATM was activated after a day. The employees of banks are so polite and helpful.
When ever I query anything I get the best result. Banks look and feel is good. I’ve never faced any issue with 0 balance account and atm services. So when you are opening a bank account with public sector bank i’ll suggest this bank.
