Hello guys today I want to share my bad experience of Canara Bank. I decided to open the account in Canara Bank. I went to to the Bank amd filled the account oppening form. I attached all the necessary documents and I told them I need debit card and phone banking they said me to fill one more form for that, I filled that form also and I submitted the form they told me that your account will be activate within 7 days and you will get your debit card in 10 working days at your adress. I did wait for 1 month and finally went to bank. When I asked about my debit card and phone banking from one of the staf member I was shocked by her reply. She said to me that you did not apply for debit card and phone banking. I was very upset and then I filled that form again and they told me that you will receive debit card in 10 to 15 days at your address and if we receive your debit card and password we will inform you. I said ok thank you. Trust me guys I waited for 2 monthes I did not get my debit card and neither a single call from bank and when I went to bank they said that we have received you debit card you can take it by signing in the receiving register. And one more thing they did not activated my phone banking till now. I am very frustrated with the bad service of Canara Bank. it was my worst experience.
